SERVICES & RATES
- We offer 1-on-1, couples, and small group personal training to your door. We will bring all the equipment needed (if you already have equipment we will definitely incorporate it into our workout).
- We work around your schedule: before work, on lunch, after work, on weekends or even at work if the space permits it.
- Our goal is to provide you with the tools to get fit and live a healthy and active lifestyle. We want to teach to how to train yourself so you are not dependant on a personal trainer for the rest of your life. We only want to ensure you are aware of the principles behind why we train in certain ways, and to make sure your technique is perfect eliminating the possibility of future injury when training on your own.
- Each session will be approximately 60 minutes in duration, and will include a warm-up, intensive, proper workout, and a cool down/stretch. We will track each workout in an individual file for you. This ensures that we can review anything at anytime to track your progress together.

Online Training: Monthly Rate...........$45
Are you an experienced exerciser? We can help you continue to get results while avoiding the monotony of a stale workout routine. Just fill out our Lifestyle Questionnaire (online form) and Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire (PAR-Q pdf format) and we can set you up with your training regimen for a month at a time. We are available for email/telephone support to answer any questions or concerns.
Payment Options
Online payments - credit card or PayPal account
At your door - Door2Door Fitness will accept cash or cheque. Full amount is due at the beginning of the first paid training session. For larger packages (packages larger than 16 sessions) payment plans are available.
Reciepts are issued for all training that is purchased.
Cancellation/refund policy:
24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule a session. Failure to give notice will result in a forfeit of the payment and session. All cancelled sessions will be re-scheduled.
Personal training sessions are non-transferable and unused sessions are non-refundable.
